Automatic Passenger Feedback

Knowing what customers like or dislike about your service is important to any business. How else can you improve and grow?
If required, the system can automatically send an email to the passenger after the job has been completed – asking them for their feedback.
When they open the link they will see a blank form like this.
To enable this functionality go to the ‘Front-End’ panel and select ‘Send Feedback Email To Client’. If you do not want to receive any feedback, make sure the box is not ticked/checked.
When a passenger sends you feedback, it will appear in the ‘Reviews’ panel.
You can then click on a particular feedback item and the system will show the corresponding booking and the driver concerned.
